At Goshen Kavod, we want every customer to feel completely confident in their purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

(1) Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

(2) Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

(3) Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after inspection.

(4) Return Process

To initiate a return, email our support team at support@goshenkavod.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if eligible

(5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

(6) Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned.

(7) Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
